A collaboration of cuisines combining Yorkshires best bits with influences from the Pacific plate.

Influences from Indonesia and Peru down to the West coast of America, San Francisco and Hawaii to name a few.   Teamed up with Japanese style cooking makes for a culinary experience like no other.

Robatary, named after the Robata grill, which originated in Japan. Simply meaning fireside cooking, refers to a method of cooking most similar to a barbecue, in which your food is cooked over hot charcoal.

The beauty of the Robatary experience is that the way in which you dine is totally dictated by you.

Intense purple in colour. Fresh aroma of blackberry and blackcurrant, melded with spicy notes of tobacco and hints of vanilla. Ripe fruit flavours. (13.5%)

Carbernet sauvignion

Attractive ruby red in colour with crimson tinges. On the nose, aromas of coffee, blackberries and red berries. A warm and lingering finish (14%)

Pinot noir origin

Red Wine

Produced by vina Luis Felipe Edwards, this is a lovely and light, refreshing rosé with strawberry notes. Ideal for a warm summers day (13%)

Pinot noir rose

Perfect for those who enjoy a sweeter rose, this has ripe, juicy flavours of watermelon and strawberry which lead to a long sweet finish (10.5%)

Rose zinfandel

Espresso martini
